*Must coordinate play with other teams on the same day
Captains Roles: Captain must be a KTP member Any member wishing to participate in league play will be given that opportunity Submit schedule for approval prior to season Submit roster of all team members prior to season Non-members on team are subject to guest rules as defined by Membership Rules Member must be on court with guest Guests are limited to a maximum play of four times per month, two of which must be after 3:00 PM Captain responsible for collection guest fees for non-members No fees for the opposing team Must notify visiting team that no Pros on court with racket in hand.
(Pros or Coaches are welcome just not on court with racket in hand)
Scheduling: All matches should be scheduled on the website under team name that includes all matches and possible rain dates All league practices and round robins should be scheduled during the afternoon or evening hours, not during peak morning timeframes Scheduled rain dates should be removed or changed to a scheduled match one week in advance If league does not use all 5 courts, end courts should be left open for non league member play Morning leagues should not be scheduled before 9:30, non-league play can continue up to the 9:30 timeframe. Working Women’s leagues should not be scheduled before 12:30, non-league play can continue up to the 12:30 timeframe. Afternoon leagues should not be scheduled prior to 12:00
Clubhouse/Facilities If noontime watering is canceled or delayed please remember to turn sprinklers back on If no one has a reservation scheduled after team play and the watering was suspended, after you turn the water back on set it up for a manual run Ensure all gates and doors are locked 8/2/2010
