KTP MEMBER RESERVATION SYSTEM - REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
The KTP reservation system is ready for use by all members in advance of KTP court availability to allow members to Register and be ready to use the system for reservations 7 days prior to KTP court availability.
1. You have been assigned a KTP Member I.D. (See below) (Maintain a record of this.)
2. Go to the KTP Reservation System web site. http://ktp.time-slots.com (Save in your Favorites or Bookmarks)
3. Click on Account Registration on the Home Page. (Top right near the toolbar in Red -- "Account Registration") *
4. Enter KTP Member I.D. if needed and member profile information.
5. Email will be sent to member by the Reservation System – with your user name and temporary password.
6. Go to KTP Reservation System web site. http://ktp.time-slots.com and log in with user name and temporary password.
7. Click Profile and then click “Change Password” and change your assigned password to one you want to use. Also add your address to your profile.
8. Check your profile to ensure it is complete. REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE!
* Some browsers may have the Registration Tab behind the toolbar -- click the red Registration you can see.
If you can not get the Register Window to pop up, change Browser, or call Ric Borum at 261-6678
COURT RESERVATIONS
1. Click on the date you want to play and on the times you want to reserve to make a reservation. (You click on the four 1/2 hour blocks you want to reserve for a 2 hour reservation. Click on first block hold shift or control for each 1/2 hour.) Click on “Submit”
2. Your reservation will appear – with your name, and reservation date, court and time. (You can print this if you wish.)
3. The member who made the reservation will be sent an email confirming their reservation to their email address.
If a member has trouble with the KTP Reservation system they should ensure they have the latest update version for their existing browser. If they still have trouble they could download the “Firefox” Browser (Free download), and that browser should provide trouble free operation. (The member will still be able to their current browser for other activities, if they wish.)
The tool bar has a Help tab -- with KTP Contact information. Ric Borum is the Reservation System Administrator

Reservations rules:
You can make a registration 7 days in advance for your group.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation you should be able to do so on-line. (Double click and delete on Reservation)
On the KTP System:
The KTP Clay Courts are courts 1 to 5
The KAC Courts are shown as courts 6H and 7H. Reservations may reduce conflict with KTP members, however all KAC members can use these courts without reservations.
Courts 1,2 and 3 are by the clubhouse -- 1 being on the East.
Courts 4 & 5 are across from the clubhouse -- 4 being on the East.
